What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect your name, phone number, service address or ZIP, vehicle type, requested service, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to share. We use this information only to schedule and provide your detailing appointment.
How we store it
Bookings are stored in our managed backend database. Access is restricted: the booking form can submit new requests, but customer records are not publicly readable through the app. Only the Sudz It Up team can view bookings to schedule and contact you.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the site (such as our hosting and database provider) or when required by law.
Retention & deletion
We keep booking records as long as needed to service your appointment and for normal business records. To request deletion of your information, contact us at the number below.
